About the Role
I'm looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead complex development projects from concept through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Coordinate contributors across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment and accountability.

• Manage risks, track progress, and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and to specification.

• Act as the central point of communication, providing clear updates and escalation when required.

• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices in project management.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in engineering project management.

• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Degree in engineering or a related discipline.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel).
